I... don't really know how I got here...
I'm a rahter uncommon girl... or so I've been told.
I love reading for the pleasure of it. I loke movies that make you think and I enjoy those who make you laugh, though, given a choice, I'll pick the first ones. I always welcome a Disney movie.
I have a few adictions: Coca - Cola, chocolates, italian food and swiss enchiladas from Sanborn's!!!
My current obsession is this English character from the victorian times, a cold and dreafully SEXY detective who, apparently, went from here to there with a pipe in his lips, a magnifying glass, a tweed suit and a deerstalker... that's right, ladies and gentlemen, I'm a Sherlock Holmes declared fan!
On the same area, we could point Dr. Gregory House. I also like Dr. Gil Grissom (CSI: Las Vegas) and detective Robert Goren (Law & Order: Criminal Intent)

I want to finish

Fri Nov 6, 2009, 9:52 PM
  • Mood: Frustrated
  • Listening to: Singing In The Rain by Gene Kelly
  • Reading: The Phantom Of The Opera
  • Watching: House MD. Season Five
  • Playing: Nothing... sigh
  • Eating: Basically cookies, a lot of them
  • Drinking: Jumex!
Really, I do!
I really want to finish that bloody fanfict of Sherlock Holmes, before the whole idea vanishes. But is so darn difficult to get some time. I could try it on sundays, after rehearsals of the Christmas Play (o pastorela, para los hispanohablantes) Except for the detail that this sunday we'll be facing a marathon of Les Luthiers (yeah!)
Please, if anyone knows how to make a day last like 30 hours, let me know!

PD: Does anyone know where can I find the English dubbed version of Sherlock Hound (aka Meitantei Holmes)?

Well, I will never get enough time to appreciate fully your job. Still, I like to spare as much as I can on Fridays to see what's new on GMD. So, thanks for having always something for us mad fangirls!

It's a job? If it was, why haven't I been paid for this? No, it's more of a passion! I love Sherlock Holmes, I love GMD, I love the Victoriana, history, costume, stories, characters, the whole kitten kaboodle...

And thank you for reading and watching and enjoying! Without the Basilians, I'm just a silly girl with too many ideas in her head to channel out. ;p

It IS a job, specially if I remember correctly my Phisics classes... (well, my English it's kind of rusty lately) Since JOB is the deffinition of any activity which requires energy (at least I think it is) There's a lot of energy and feeling in your 'opus' so... yeah, I think the word 'job' applies. We could use 'work' or 'art' if you like it more :P
And I keep getting surprised on how many 'silly girls' hang around the web drooling -metaphoricaly and literaly- about those Victorian English gentlemen.

I suppose "job" would be the word then. It makes me feel responsible and important. :XD:
